From www.ArtPoker.net Click on Download Button. Select either 'Run' or 'Save' and follow the instructions.

Once you have completed the installation process, Poker Skins software will open automatically and you will be able to change and choose your poker skin. Click on 'Choose Your Poker Room' and choose 'PokerStars'. Then choose the poker skin you wish to select. Click on 'Create Skin' button.
